What is Annual Giving?
In an effort to control tuition cost, most Independent Schools have set tuition to only cover a portion of the cost of educating students, Highland Academy is no exception.The school depends on the annual contributions from parents, alumni, relatives, and friends to supplement tuition income and to fund program and facilities enhancements.
•Highland Academy is a 501(c)3 organization so gifts to the school are tax deductible.
•Gifts can be cash, monthly payments, credit cards or gifts of stock.
•Gifts of all sizes are appreciated.
•Our goal is 100% community participation.
Fundraising
Throughout the year all Highland families are asked to assist in our fundraising efforts. We offer special events, community events, and other activities. We also have an online shopping site and script. The shopping site and script are great...this is money that families spend anyway and the school receives a percentage of all orders!
